Just to say a huge thank you for your 3 excellent sessions on South African Genealogy [part of RootsTech Connect 2021].  I have now watched them all, and downloaded/saved the superb handouts for each.In addition the refresher on using FamilySearch was very helpful, as it is all too easy to just bung in names and places without understanding how the information is best accessed, and the focus you placed on using the Images facility was a great pointer.

Just recently I utilised the genealogy services of Sue McNelly to assist me in researching my South African ancestors which I had found to be almost impossible due to my very limited knowledge of the family history in that area. I thoroughly enjoyed this webinar.  The presenter  spoke in an even tone although not monotone and never sing-song (which is really annoying).  She gave a lot of information in a short time which kept me on my toes to listen.  It can be difficult to keep me engaged at 8AM!  The presenter spoke to the audience and used her handout to augment her talk which is a practiced skill.  Well done, I will look forward to hearing other classes by her.
